Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We kindly request customers to handle all items with care. In case an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit for items that arrive damaged.
