Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated in end when an order of $100 or more is placed. Shipping will be charged on orders under $100.

It takes our team 3-5 business days to confirm and process your order. Once the order is packed and dispatched, it might take shipping within Canada for 2-5 business days and outside Canada 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the location.

You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
